Student Spotlight: Isabella LoBianco

Isabella LoBianco – a second-year student majoring in Political Science and Psychology – was selected to serve as the Chief of Staff for Florida State University’s Student Senate for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

FSU’s Student Senate takes up hundreds of resolutions every semester to fund programs, beautify campus, and undertake other projects that enhance life at FSU. The Chief of Staff is charged with organizing and debriefing the Senate Parliamentarian, Clerk, Press Secretary, and Historian and discussing priorities with the Senate President and President Pro-Tempore.

“Being Chief of Staff has allowed me to connect with students ranging from all parts of campus, broadening my perspectives and knowledge about the field I am in,” LoBianco said. “Being a part of this university has allowed me to work with valuable organizations and individuals, and I hope to inspire others to get involved in areas outside of their comfort zone.”
