With ITS’ switch from CRM to Sales Force, we have changed the way we support you.
Follow the directions below to submit a ticket to our IT staff:

1. Visit the new FSU Service Center website.

2. Choose the “Report A Problem” option.

3. In the Case Overview screen, under “What area can best help you with this issue?”, choose “IT Support Services“.
In the following drop-down (“Please help us route this to the right support team. Does your issue pertain to any of these areas?”), choose “ITAPP & Departmental IT Support“.
A new drop-down should appear after selecting that option. Choose “COSSPP IT Support“.

4. Select your priority, fill out the subject and description, and submit your support request.
