Faculty win college teaching, research awards

At a virtual town hall meeting for all COSSPP faculty and staff, April 22, Dean Tim Chapin announced the winners of awards recognizing our exceptional faculty for their vital work and important contributions.

This awards program was inaugurated in 2020, largely through the efforts of Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Community Engagement Deana Rohlinger. The college plans to continue presenting the awards annually.

“The college is fortunate to have many outstanding teachers and scholars that make FSU such a special place to learn and do research,” Chapin said. “It is a joy to honor this year’s COSSPP Faculty Award winners, as they are great instructors for our students and great researchers in their areas of study.”

Departments and programs nominated many from among their ranks. Out of these, a committee selected the following for recognition:
