IMPORTANT NOTICE: Applicants from Ghana and Nigeria are now required to complete the WES evaluation for Fall 2023 and forward; WES will provide a report within 7 business days. For admitted students, the Graduate School will issue a Foundation scholarship in the amount of the WES evaluation to students who enroll and are in good academic standing after their first term. - Official GRE general test scores: The GRE is waived through Fall 2026 for Master’s Programs. PhD in Geography requires GRE scores or GRE Waiver.

Masters in GIScience
Spring 2024 – Admissions is now open. Deadline to apply is October 1
Fall 2024 – Admissions will open August 1. International applicants are highly encourage to apply by May 1st to ensure sufficient time for visa processing. We will begin reviewing applications on rolling basis beginning early May. The final Deadline to apply is July 1.
Master’s & PhD in Geography
Spring 2024 – Deadline to apply is October 1.
Fall 2024 – Opens August 1. For priority consideration submit your application by January 19. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the deadline of March 1.
Deadline to Submit a GRE Waiver
Spring 2024: September 8
Fall 2024:
December 11 – for students applying prior to the January 19 priority deadline.
February 12 – for students applying prior to the March 1 deadline.
