Deana Rohlinger, Ph.D., speaks to Newsweek about the timing and context of protests in response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

Dr. Rohlinger, Professor of Sociology and Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Community Engagement, said “Once the outrage subsides, people look for more productive ways to put their energy. So for some that might just be writing a check to some organization. For others, it might be getting involved in trying to talk to their politicians and representatives.”
