Emily Boykin


Emily A. Boykin is a doctoral candidate of Public Administration in the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University. Her research analyzes public management, public budgeting and finance, and policy issues particularly within government contracting, higher education, and among fiscal shocks.
